The Giants are crazy. They should be happier to get a #2 for Shockey than we would be for JT. Shockey will probably play longer (I say probably because of his injury history) but JT can do more to help a good team make a run at a SB. I wouldn't take Shockey over JT if JT had two years left and Shockey had 8. But that's just me.

Shockey was never a possibility for us. We wont be trading away any picks in the top rounds unless its to move up should it look like one of the QBs we want will be taken before #32.

I still like Shockey better than Fasano. But its a good trade for us and the Saints should be a little better on Off now. Brees as a big sure handed target that can also block for Bush. Colston,Patten,Meachem,Henderson,Bush,Shockey,Brees they are pretty good offense. Im not sure about their OLINE though I know Brown is good but the rest of their line I dont know. the latest mocks I saw had them taking McKelvin,Rivers,DRC,and Jenkins. Im under the impression they needa CB but do I think they should look at Clady and maybe give Bush and Duece something to run behind and Brees some time to find all these weapons. Maybe the kine is dominant there but I havent heard that so I dont know.
