Can we get Troy Apke in the third?

Just saw his 4.35 time at the combine.

Saw his sparse youtube highlights, but apparently only started one season for Penn State.

Can anyone chime in on how late and if it's worth it to take him at free safety?

I don't know his talent level. That's why I'm asking. Maybe an undrafted guy?

He has a 6-7 rd grade. That is mainly because he was only a one year starter, many question his range. I don't know about that, but the limited tape I saw, I did not see a problem They also say he does not have enough pop when he tackles and I did not see that either. May be some one with more knowledge of PSU football could weigh in?

Probably still an UDFA. Athleticism only matters so much for Safeties and LB's. But, he'd add speed on ST's.
