Can we increase the wait time between posts in the lounge?

It would kind of be nice if the forum software allowed for a more sophisticated wait time that wouldn't mess with most of us but would give people say a one minute time out if they meet certain criteria. I'm thinking there is no way they have anything that sophisticated built into message board software, though.

This message board, like most, have posting time outs to prevent flooding by immature users or bots.

There is an advanced flood control add-on for v.3.5.2 that allows time out to be set by user groups though I am not sure which version of vBulleting FH is currently using so that may not work here
