Can Wilson and Hurns come back especially if a Vaccine for COVID-19 is distributed soon?

First are players allowed to change their mind and come back from the Voluntary Opt-Out? Are Wilson and Hurns in shape enough to provide help? Would they want to come back?

The vaccine is definitely not what people think it is. You will need at least the first shot and a booster. It might not even last more than a year, they don’t know yet (it could be like a flu shot where you get it once a year). I don’t think it would impact anything and the guys who opted out can’t come back this season either ways.
