Our team, as we all agree, needs (desperately) an overhaul - whether complete or partial, that's your call. (GM best get canned in my book...I know that this turkey is not a player but I really want him fired.)

Post the top players, in order of degree, you think/know must (for sure) be given the royal boot.

Player #1 - player #53...all of them get the boot.

I may be the only one wanting to keep much of the offense skill players & focus on the OL, LB & DB's
There is zero hope in getting anything out of much of them. But I believe legitimate coaching & OC can salvage the skilled guys.

Miller-Must resign

Matthews-IMO must resign. I am not going to pin my hopes on Parker & Stills. I like both, but landry is better suited for slot & that means you have both those guys as 1 & 2. I do not want to draft a guy or sign a guy that might not work out. Mathews was working out. Still like hazel too.

Jordan-restructure. we all liked the Cameron Sims combo going into this year, I say try it one more time with competent coaching/gameplan

Dam Williams, Dallas Thomas, Jennings, Taylor, Fox, any safety not the #20 must go!

Restructure Suh, RT, Wake

Shelby-resign

Coples-restructure cheaper. If not? Bye

Before discussing players getting the boot, prove to me Dallas Thomas CAN be cut and then we can begin the conversation.

If he can't be cut, then I don't care about addressing the other 52 positions on this team. This man has single handedly destroyed this offensive line. Not just by his play, but by the coaches continuing to pour resources into an obviously failed draft pick that should have never seen the field.
 
I agree with VCIP, although I think that we need to be exploring other options at QB (probably not a better one available to us, though). OL, LB, DB are the areas that need to be addressed, we're OK at WR and RB. DL isn't great, but has some pieces and is far from a disaster.

probably shun me after I suggest Chad Henne as my backup QBreplacement for Moore...lol
i would like to hold off on QB in this upcoming draft due to all picks go to areas of great need

Actually, my post was intended to imply that until someone can prove Dallas Thomas can be cut.... then I don't believe anything else matters. I'm tired of seeing Mr. Teflon's name on the back of my team's jersey.

How is he immune from judgement by coaches as if he is Suh? What has this man done to deserve this many chances?

I'm sorry, but Dallas Thomas is the embodiment of our player management problems.

Something tells me, he will still be on the team with the next coach. It's beyond comical. It's offensive as a fan realizing you can't get rid of garbage.

People spend every breathing moment criticizing RT. But they would never say an ill word about DT. And he may be as responsible for RTs bad play as anyone, including the coaches.

Pretty please, with sugar on top, cut Dallas Thomas immediately. Just prove to me it CAN be done!
 
there has to be some buzz out there about who Miami will pursue for this job...and it should only be getting louder after yesterdays performance...I don't get why with less than 2 weeks remaining in the season barry jackson doesn't have a list of names for us

and I also don't get how Miami doesn't have a buzz in some candidates ears already...get proactive....who cares who gets offended on this staff right now...or in the next couple weeks...put out an apb
