We're still in it! Beat Arizona tonight and have to play the 3rd game. Hopefully things will go our way and will go all the way. What's wrong with another National Championship...:woot::woot:
 
Im leaving my house to go up to Mike Martin field to watch the Noles beat Wichita State and got to the CWS!
 
CWS here we come! Sat night vs Georgia @ 7pm. Hope they bring home NC #5.
 
Nice win this afternoon against FSUcks. Looks like we'll be playing Stanford on Wednesday @ 7pm in another elimination game.
 
Stanford sends 'Canes packing

The University of Miami baseball team figured it would end the season in elite company.

Turns out, the Hurricanes were right. They just didn't expect to be lumped with this group.

An 8-3 loss to Stanford in the College World Series on Wednesday night marked the end of the road for what many called the most talented team in school history. It will put them in the category with the 1998 team, another star-studded club that failed to win the national championship.

Stanford advances to play Georgia on Friday.

"There's not always something necessarily you can put a finger on," UM outfielder Dennis Raben said. "We just didn't get it done. That's baseball."
