Plus, we have the Buckeyes in '10-11. I'm glad we get to play the Gators again soon(the way it's working out). The first game is in G'ville, and the last is in Miami. The OU game in '07 should be good too. Read it in the AP of my local paper, the Daytona News Journal. Wish I had a link but I'm sure somebody can find it that doesn't have dial-up (sorry! :lol: ) Ok, here's a link

hmm i thought OU/Miami was in 06 o well itll give the Canes an extra year to prepare. :tongue:

In the Orange Bowl?!? O well OU will have alot of seniors built up then and Miami will finaly play a team worth braggin about, aso oposed to the greatness of Duke, Clemson, Wake Forest...o yea this is football, my bad :tongue:

Very similar conferences. I wouldn't say one is significantly better than the other.

That's a tough call, both conferences have 3 dominant schools.

ACC - Miami
Florida State
Virginia Tech

Big XII - Oklahoma
Nebraska
Texas

At least one of those schools in each conference is ALWAYS going for the Natiional Championship, or getting very, very close to doing so every single year. Usually, it's a fellow conference team that knocks the other out (Miami/FSU and Oklahoma/Texas).. Always great games going on there. :peace:

Because they annually stink the joint up in bowl games. Just to qualify that statement, I am speaking of the recent past. I will never argue the fact that the Big XII is traditionally (Big XII/Big 8) one of the powerhouse conferences. Even in 2000 they were far and away the best conference. Since then, however they've lived off of hype.
