Cantor Gaming has set a new record with the earliest release of NFL win totals in recent Vegas history. To give you a sense of just how early this release is: the MGM was the first to release NFL win totals in 2011 and those lines hit the board in July.

There isn’t a 2014 NFL schedule yet. And we’re still weeks away from the draft. Oh, and there’s still free agency. But, regardless of all that, Cantor has put a win total on every NFL team.

I'm pretty pessimistic, but I'd be happy to lay some money on the Dolphins to win 8+.

T-Hill going into year 3.
Year 2 with M Wallace.
Whatever happens to the OL, it'll be an improvement from last year.
Enough cap space to keep the defense from getting worse.

This may not be a playoff team right now (let's wait and see, it could), but we can scratch out 8 wins.

I think all of the Bills/Jets/Dolphins are on the rise.
 
IMO, one should place about as much stock in this "prediction" as they would in a "how to become an archery sharpshooter" course conducted by Stevie Wonder.

Prior to FA signings and the draft, all this represents is the cyber excretion of one individual's self-indulgent mental masturbation. :idk:

Agree with you that jests suck! I hate them. However they won 8 games last year with Geno turning the ball over and throwing pic 6's all year.

It's more than mental masturbation. They are backing up their stance with money.
 
might have to hit up the strip tonight. i think miami can pull out 8 wins. and i think that number will only rise, after FA and the draft. probably to 8.5
 
Looking at our schedule I think that's a reasonable number. I hate to say that, but it's true.

Lots of uncertainty about this team in 2014.
 
Our schedule next year isn't nearly as easy as it was last year. We are going to need a good year from Tanney and we need Philbin to be more than a jag.
