was reading a chat on espn and this nfl writer thinks the dolphins will go after canty. here is the convo.

Tag Ribary: (1:12 PM ET ) I've thought Canty was headed to Miami for a while now. I don't have any confirmation of that from anyone but it seems to make a lot of sense for both parties.

Why would we pay $50 million for a guy that does the same things and puts up almost the same numbers that Langford and Merling put up ? Imo it does not make sense and I don't like the idea of him coming to Miami..

For the rigth price he could end up here its just who do we cutor have tp let go? We have alot of bodies along the DL right now our deepest postition. If we were playing a 4/ 3 it might make more sense. All we really need is a NT. I look for a Tank Johnson type pickup instead

there i no right price when a guy is putting up the same numbers as your rookie DE form Hamptom, and he watch Kelly money. it wont happen, and im glad.
