According to the article...that is correct.

The more relevant point, for the next two years, is that teams like the Bucs, Bengals, and Chiefs can choose to stay as far below the salary cap as they want.

We better not be done. We will be in the same boat as last year. 7 wins at most. I still think we get Orton which will help but I want goldson or zach miller and that's it to go along with orton
