According to spotrack we were 22.4mill under the cap to start today. Wilson will cost at least 6 guaranteed so that leaves 16.4mill. We need north of 11mill for our 10 draft picks so that leaves 5.4mill of cap space. Anyone cares to tell us what our next move will be? With all of our needs there's not much we can do with 5mill. Is Tua's deal getting restructured?

Relax. 😂

They could restructure Jackson, Brooks, Ramsey, and give Seiler a new contract and create a pretty good chunk of space

I know they have moves they can make....I'm just wondering what those moves will be. Also, I know we don’t need the money for the draft picks at this point but we will need it at some point.

I believe Tua is in their back pocket, but they would love not to touch it. Good thing is, it’s not the greatest FA class.

It’s really not, outside of a few players, it’s hard to get excited about much.

Today was largely about guys cashing in on their first major contracts, just about of which weren’t on our radar.

It’s easier to negotiate when you can say that’s all we got. Do you think New England did a lot of negotiating today or just paid the asking prices?

Yes. Exactly.
