Cap space after getting Wilson

Ya, it doesn’t help your leverage is all I’m saying. No one should be surprised the Dolphins are trying to win their deals.
well we haven’t won anything unless you call overpaying for Wilson a win but I'm glad we didn’t try to go crazy today since we can’t afford it

They did pretty well with those second wave signings last year. We were never going to sign anyone to over $15M a year contracts.

Backup QB was by far the biggest reason we missed the playoffs, just a reminder.

I agree we did pretty good last year getting some bargains but that doesn’t always work. Some players are willing to take a bit less but not every player will do that. I'm ok waiting to see what we do. Still decent guards out there but we need to get at least one of them

I agree they gotta get a starting OG, and safety for that matter. It’s not a very tall task.

Trading any of #48, 98 or 115 for higher picks in 2026, would save some cap space. Not a popular choice, but an option.

I like lasts years approach ..go for the 6/7 Millon range for 2 /3 years for solid and young upcoming starters.
