Whether he played or not, he still didn't start, and that equals bust. A first-round lineman should start in his FIRST year (especially on THIS team). Carey isn't even starting in his SECOND.nflddolfan said:Did he play tonight? I did not notice him, which for an O lineman is not necessarily a bad thing, as I did not see he get beat. UNLIKE the matador MacIntosh on the fumble play with Simion Rice. That was just brutal.

Period.
We not only didn't take Wilfork, we traded a FOURTH for Carey! Talk about desperation -- that was Wanny and Spielman's do or die year and they killed the team.Phin19 said:thanks Rick Spielman. I know we should of taken Vince Wilfork, he is starting for the pats and playing good
You're gonna give an offensive lineman two years to start? Christ, Kyle Orton is starting RIGHT NOW, and he was a 4th round pick at QB!Caps said:If he's not starting by the beginning of next season, yes he's a bust. But not right now.

Just give me one offensive lineman who hasn't started consistently 5 games into his second year. Don't give me a list of QBs and WRs.PhinsPhan said:haha, what a joke.
He is a bust because he hasn't played and he is in his second year. I could go through a list a mile long of people that you would classify busts. I don't feel like arguing anymore.
