Cars at Stadium Question

I was looking at the areal view of the stadium and the parking lots all around looked filled, but the stadium only looked half full of people. Are those lots used for something other than people going to the game; if not, where the heck do people park when the stadium is full. (I don't live in the area...)

Its basically a giant circle road with parking inside the circle, and various parking outside the circle. When I went to the UM-FSU game last year, I parked on a lot outside the circle and this lot was freaking huge, could fit thousands of cars. So yea, that stadium can fit a **** load of cars....but where all those people? Probably outside tailgating or something. People in Miami don't pass up a chance to get drunk with their friends, even if they can't actually get into the game.

Yea I've to the game just to tailgate before I know a lot of people who do this. And there is a lot more parking than what you saw on tv.

I saw that too when I was there in Sept. People were grilling behind their cars and they had a big screen TV under a canopy they were watching.

I am going to the Pats game on 12/15/13 and will be parking in the Maroon lot. Is that a good place to park ?
