Cash over Cap- CBA

I am very curious of the terms of the new CBA. With cash over cap being one of the sticking points the terms they agreed upon could really hurt us.

Honestly, I don't think cash over cap hurts many teams other than the Redskins. Snyder was the pioneer in that arena, and I think the reason it got brought up was precisely because not that many teams were exploiting it other than the Redskins.

I thought they gave concideration to bonus money being received and some teams wanted all that money counted on this years cap.....I would still like to see the full terms somewhere.
