Is the game going to be shown in Central Florida?? I am assuming not, I contaced local 6 (WKMG) and asked them if they were going to let us down again...

Please contact them and tell them to show the game...

UC fan:

Can you tell me what the expected impact is going to be on Central Lorida for this Hurricane. How does C Flkorida usually fare with these hurricanes that hit the coast and come accross state?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

They better put this game on Local 6 because they where scheduled to show it Sunday anyway.:fire:

it will hit central florida, we will get the wind and the rain, but wont be as bad

just called channel 6 and they said the game WONT be aired in orlando area, they tried but could not get an override, sorry.

between the jag games and tampa and now the date move were getting screwed again... I would see MORE phin games if I DIDNT live in Florida

:fire:

That's okay, Central Floridians, especially Mr. UCF (UCFinfan can go to the UCF-Tulane game and listen to the game on 195.9 fm...that's what I plan on doing if I can get a walkman from someone)

;)

This sucks that both games will be going on at the same time :(

this is the email i received from wkmg:

Dear Brad,

"We have requested the Dolphins game this Friday from CBS...the NFL has turned us down. The game will only be given to the primary and secondary markets...Miami, West Palm, Ft Myers, Kansas City, Topeka...the NFL's purpose is to keep games away from Friday nights to protect high school football games in local markets"

ok gainesville sucks time to move to miami, id rather deal with the hurricanes and actually get to see the dang games, first the jags, ok get nfl ticket, then this? now time to move

Does anyone in the UCF (Orlando) area know if the game will still be aired on the radio on real rock 105.9 even though its on friday now?

Give me a break. The only people who go to high school football games are the students and their parents. Nobody else cares.
I have Direct TV and I'm am disgusted that they won't air the game either. What's the point of paying for NFL Sunday ticket? If I wanted to see a tape delay I'll just watch ESPN classic. I mean what's the difference once you know the outcome?
