Cesario turned down all other Interview offers in the past

As some others have speculated. Maybe Billecheck is calling it quits soon, or maybe he knows the window is closing due to Brady's age. Or just maybe he is tired of Billecheck having final say on matters.

You'd think that if Bill was retiring Cesario would stick around to take over.

I wouldnt put it past Billecheat to send him here on an information gathering mission.

Jamie Collins

Yeah he's a player I had mocked to us. Shame, only player worth a crap on that awful Southern Mississippi team. I think they either won 1 game or no games his senior season.

Anyway...Caserio worked as the Pro Personnel guy...where NE makes most of their hay. Finding cheap free agents that fit the system perfectly and that's NEs bread and butter.

I don't like the fact that he's a New England guy...they don't seem to do well once they leave that organization and the fact that New England is pretty much his whole career so he doesn't really have different organizations to have gained experience and knowledge from.

They just made it to the AFC Championship game playing like more rookies than any other team in the NFL this year.

Yeah, a lot of that is Tom Brady. Yeah, a lot of that is good coaching.

That's still an indication that they know how to draft players they can plug in and win games with.

Maybe Brady has made it know he is retiring after next year? Or maybe they will trade Brady in hopes of reloading knowing that his window is closing

Whoa...post of the year. I am serious. Great connecting the dots there. Farmer was a finalist Cesario comes in and gets the job.

I like that. I think you are spot on. Farmer's behavior was so strange yesterday and this might explain it.

Nice work.
