Joe Kay, of the Associated Press, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad Johnson guaranteed he will have a big Week 11 against the Indianapolis Colts. "For the guarantee, you've got to zoom in close, because I'm about to get myself in trouble," he said, hinting that head coach Marvin Lewis wouldn't like what was coming next. "I guarantee, I'm serious, I guarantee that I will not be stopped on Sunday. For real. I won't be covered. I will do everything I can to make sure we win this game. That's my guarantee." Johnson would not guarantee a win. "There's no need for me to guarantee a victory. No point," Johnson said. "We're 7-2. We are one of the best teams in the NFL right now. So there's no need for me to go out on a limb like that."
 
I like the confidence but hes showing signs of being like his older cousin Keyshawn.
 
He did that a few years ago when the 9-0 Chiefs came into Cincy, and the Bengals won... lets hope its a repeat performance.
 
Im really starting to like him. I HATE the "look at me" players but something about him is different. He seems like a nice and respectable guy. Although hes showboats hes all about the team....and he plays his heart out. Cant wait to see his performance vs. the Colts.
 
I hope so. Johnson, Houshmandzadeh, Henry, & Washington are gonna have to spread out Indy's zone to have a chance.
 
He talks a lot but its good natured. You dont hear him blaming teamates for a loss, he doesnt question his coaching staff or cry about contracts to the media. I think most people appreciate some trash talking, I mean Muhammed Ali invented it, perfected it, its something that people love about sports. Some players have taken it to a selfish, out-of-control, anti-team level and thats what alienates fans. Then again, if youre talking smack and youre just a possesion receiver like Keyshawn then its different. Johnson backs it up and doesnt alienate his team, you have to appreciate it.

yup, Carson is going to have to outgun Manning for them to win. He has a shot though. I think Cincy is going to have to put up 35 to win that one. Could be an oldfashioned shoot out.
 
Bengals coming off a bye week. I hope they beat the **** out of the colts.
 
i actually see this one being close, both teams have alot of weapons on offense and respectable defense. i give the bengals the edge, and predict them to win by 10..... look for a couple key turnovers going in favor of cinci
 
You ever see the clip of Chad Johnson and Carson Palmer talking while in the huddle? Goes something like this...

Chad: Man, you got to get me the ball. Im open.

Carson: Ok. Hows #35??? (CB covering him)

Chad: It doesnt matter im open.

Carson: Yea, but hows #35.

Chad: .....Horrible.
