Chad Pennington doesn't deserve the Pro Bowl

...but Favre does when he leads the league in ints. w/19. The "NO FUN" league has gotten a little less palpable.

It's going to be great to see Chad win the League's MVP and not be named to the Pro Bowl in the same season. I think if Chad has a big game Sunday and we beat the Jets he has to be in consideration. That will show you what a sham the Pro Bowl has become.

It's probably all the fans voting for the name. Everyone knows that chad has been the better QB, the numbers prove it.

I think Rivers deserves it ahead of anyone selected. Pretty sad how he wasn't voted to the Pro Bowl after having such a nice season.

like i've seen posted on here before, and i think it's true...Favre's only getting in due to name recognition...because Pennington certainly has had a much better season...after having read and seen this travesty of justice with Pennington not getting in...i've come to the conclusion that fans votes for the Pro Bowl don't matter to the NFL higher ups...

Even the folks on 1st and Ten were saying how everone know chad deserves it more than Favre.

I only respect the Black dude in First and 10, the White dude is a Farve Wanker.

PS. Don't know there names

AFC Pro Bowl QB's SHOULD be: Manning, Rivers, Pennington. Farve is a joke, and Cutler is overrated because of his big arm.

I was an EMT and an Army Medic. I know what "palpable" means.

3. Medicine That can be felt by palpating: a palpable tumor.

I thought wrong, and was thinking along the same lines as the original poster. Good call, and I stand corrected. Not being an a**, but how does being an EMT give you the knowlege the know what palpable means? I can understand knowing the definition palatable (palate, mouth, medical), but why palpable?

Before I read the actual post, I thought the next thing you were going to say was that the children of the world don't deserve to be visited by Santa Claus tonight.

No sweat man....Palpable means, essentially, "To feel"....ie; "I
palpated the patient's broken ribs" It could also mean...."It's the Superbowl and the excitement is PALPABLE!" Meaning a more spiritual sense of "feeling".

It's one of the more common medical terminoligies....So common even the lowest level of medical peeps know it. If you look up at the definitions, you'll see a reference to a "Palpable tumor". Essentially, if you push your fingers into somone's stomach and you feel the lump of the tumor, then, it's a "Palpable tumor."
