Chad Pennington wants another shot in Miami

Penny is the best insurance any team could have. If something happened to Henne. Having Penny there make me feel real good. He deserves to be here. He's a great qb. And having him on the team is a plus no matter what.

So, where does this leave P. White? I was going to say that the primary benefit to signing Pennington would be allowing Thigpen to the freedom to operate out of the Spread without worrying that we're risking our backup. But, then I remembered that White is still on the roster. I don't see us carrying 4 QB's.

It's more of the intangibles with Pennington that makes him really worth having.
