Team harmony this off-season sounds excellent. Chad Pennington again showed natural leadership by inviting all players and coaches to his BBQ to finish the OTA. 100% attendance sends a good united image.
I wouldn't be surprised if Chad ends up a pretty decent coach...
until he had to throw the flag and it didnt go far enough... lol
was that cam??

No that was Saban, i don't remember what game that it was but he threw it and nobody noticed it.
It was against Pittsburgh on Monday night in 2006. The Steeler's Heath Miller caught a pass on a busted coverage and went 87-yards for an apparent touchdown. However, replay showed that Heath was down at around the one yard line after Will Allen tripped him up.

Saban tried to get the refs attention but threw the weakest red flag ever seen.

I'm not surprised that there was 100% attendance at Chad's place. The chances for athletes to show up for free food, especially BBQ, is always great.

Coach Sparano: Its not mandatory, its just a team BBQ. It'd be nice if you all showed up
Todd Lowber: Yeah, I've got plans already with my homies at my crib.
Coach: What position do you play?
Todd Lowber: WideOut
Coach: Yeah...we're going to go a different way with that position. But thanks for trying out
Todd Lowber: Wha.....

Next day in the news: Dolphins cut Todd Lowber.
2 Days later in the news: Dolphins have 100% turn out for team BBQ.

Damn, that's a lot of cooking! Especially for Soliai, Carey, and Ferguson. Good grief

I remember that vividly...and I think it was at point that I knew Satan would be a terrible coach. He didn't even through the thing...he kind of underhanded it like a girl...the guy had zero passion.

I remember, just thinking about it makes me sick.

:lol2: He would have done well to get a cheerleader to throw it.

I wonder if they get a pickup game going at their BBQs?

Chad's BBQ is probably killer.
Hes originally from Nashville, TN.

Dang....here it is 7:44AM and I'm at work and now thoughts of this BBQ are making me really hungry.
