The same as deciding that a sloppy, body-catching receiver must sit. Good organizations, according to Murphy, will accept certain errors, but not the willful ignoring of fundamentals.

You can take your own guess about whom the article is implying about, but I've noticed that Chambers like to catch balls with his body and not his hands. That was one cause for an interception. It also causes alot of dropped balls.

Mcmicheal is not a "Body-catching reciever". Most of Mcmicheal's drops come off of his hands, and most of Chambers' drops come off his body.

The one thing that really pizzzzez me off about CC is his lack of ..... I dont even know what to call it.. his lack of personal responsibility... his laziness.. his overinflated ego... whatever it is.. he is turning into a cancer for the team..

We all know about RM not "focusing" on the block of the safety that blitzed and ended up sacking JH in the Packers game... but did you know the week before... against the dreaded NY Jets... CC stopped blocking his DB and as a result, the DB ended up getting in on the tackle of RB..

It was early in the 1st qtr, the call was for a RB run over the right side... CC lined up to the right and if you still have this game TIVO'd, you would see CC do a half-hearted block of his DB... The DB pushed CC towards the center of the field and just as RB hit the line, CC stopped blocking, instantly turned around and started walking back to huddle up... We'll, we all know RB isnt one to give up on the run and the play actually lasted a few seconds longer and the DB that CC was blocking ended up getting in on the tail end of the tackle..

IMO... its leadership by example that wins games and this was clearly obvious that CC went thru the motions, but really didnt have the heart to help out the team and finish his responsiblity.. Kinda makes me think.. this is something that R. Moss or T Owens would do... no wonder we're such a carppy team

i love it how whenever our QB(s) are playing poorly like usual people start to get on CC's back but when our Qb is playing well he's the best player on the field.

Say what you want about Chambers....but cancer? Someone that is considered a "cancer" on a team is a lockerroom distraction. Where have you ever read CC is having problems with his teammates or the coaching staff? I'm sorry....those are just outlandish comments you just made and if you don't have a link....you shouldnt use words like "cancer" which imply a certain type of player within the lockerroom.

Most of McMichael's catches this year have been body catches. Only receiver I have seen that doesn't catches with his body much is Ronnie Brown, and HE'S A RUNNING BACK. :fire:

Hell, Coughlin sits Plaxico freekin Burress on the bench when he's dropping passes and tipping balls into defenders hands then next week Plaxico comes out playing like a new man and has his best game of the year.

What makes Chambers and McMichael above benching? Sit them down and give the rookies a chance to play maybe if they feel their jobs are on the line they will try to play a bit better.

Saban appears afraid to use such a "threatening" approach to coaching.

If Chambers lacksadazical play is contagious, then that makes him a cancer..

Have you even watched the dolphins this year? chambers and mcmike are EXTREMELY inconsistent and cost us goose eggs in the red zone and turn overs .

dude seriously, watch closer. McMichael ALWAYS tries to catch the ball with his body. And Chambers is a hands first receiver.

and by the way...I beieve McMichael, Welker, and Hagan all have more drops this year than Chambers.
