Not saying anything but he had 70 rec yards and 2 TD's today. Glad for him. Always was a favorite of mine even after he left. WOuld have been nice to see him back in Miami might have done better catching today than some of our guys.

Wow some of us may have been wrong, I was one of the loudest voices on here saying we shouldn't bring him back. My reasons had more to do with his contract though.

we couldnt have got him anyways the cheifs claimed him off waivers and they have worse record then us

Great, guess hes not washed up and can catch a ball or two. Thanks front office! idk what is was in SD but he never got the chances he needed hell wind up doing well this season.

You do realize we never even got a chance to get him. He was claimed off of waivers. KC was ahead of us. Even if we had wanted him, KC had rights over us. I don't know the exact order, but KC was definately ahead of us.

THIS front office did not trade him. Plus, other then a few moments, he has done SQUAT since 2005. The pick we got in return for Chambers we turned into Chad Henne. Looks like we got the better end of that one.

Yea he didn't look to bad today, especially for someone who has only been with the team for a week. You can't blame the front office however, They didn't have a shot at him either way, KC claimed him before the Fins even had a shot.

Thanks front office for what? Whether they would have wanted him or not, you can't say. KC submitted their waiver clam long before Jeff and Bill had the option. So this thread is like a Seinfeld show: possibly entertaining but a lot to do about nothing

So what, his salary was ridiculous for his performance, and KC claimed him.

Lets work with what we have and not talk about washed-up players.

I hate when people don't know anything. It seems to happen a lot. Pure stupidity.

Yes Chambers is washed up....good thing we didnt bring him in for a look....this board is right on. Were set with our WRs right now they always produce, and help Henne develop.

Definately could not have helped this team. The issue I have is not whether we could have gotten him bc even if we tried KC had higher waiver priority, but people on here saying it woulda been bad if we had.

Retards.....Pretty sure our WR have 2 tds all year

For ****s sake, since when is having a 70 yard 3 reception day a "great" day. That's average. Two touchdowns, many average receivers have caught 2 TD's as well. You hype him up like he's a big time, touchdown/catching machine. The guy sucks, get over him already. AND WE HAD NO CHANCE IN SIGNING HIM AS HE WAS CLAIMED BY A TEAM ABOVE US.

That's not an average day, and that's about 10 times better than any performance any WR on this team will ever get.

I knew we couldnt get him b/c KC put in the clain before we ever could even if they wanted to.
I was just pointing out to some of the guys on this board that he still can play.
