That would be great, but he isn't going to start this year no matter how good he looks in training camp.
I fully expect Mcnown to be the guy behind center come opening day...
Which would completely make the drafting of henne a great move, because beck will be what 27 or 28 this year? And if he doesn't start this year he'd be what 28 or 29 next year? At least henne will have some years left to burn on the bench.
No if beck doesn't win the job I think he is looking at a career backup job.

So you are telling me that he happens to come in and tear it up he will not start?? I don't think he will start either but he will definately be in the mix if not a potential starting quarterback for years.
