I watched the entire game and although I wasn't happy that we let these guys stay in it, I am impressed how we are taking the game over in the fourth quarter. The drive today was over nine minutes long! Last week same thing. To me this is championship football in the making. We still look young and inconsistent but damn it looked like old Cowboys with Emmit, right down your throat. Fourth and 1 of course.

Uneven play. We looked like world beaters until we got hit in the face...Then, we clawed our way back in...There is good and bad. I'm loveing Sparano going.."**** it! Lets GO!" on 4th down.

You know what Wanny would have done.

Yeah to turn the corner from good team to elite championship team you need to learn how to win ugly games and do what you need to do to win.

Today we had a 9 minute drive to go ahead by 8 then D came up with 3 big plays. Was it ugly YES YES YES it was but was it a win YES!!!!!!

Elite teams win even when they are completely off they just find ways to win and this team is heading in that direction.

We are young we will make mistakes but we continue to develop because THIS COACHING STAFF never lets them get to high they always point out there is something to work on something to get better at and TRUST me we will get better.

Not to get off subject but I just read that Smiley got hurt. Anyone know his status?

Right on brotha, that's what I'm talking about.

championchip teams put teams like the seahawks to rest in the 2nd quarter...
they're not a terrible team, but a true playoff contender would have blown this team out...

sexy 9 minute drive though, we're very effeicent in the 4th quarter... i LOVE that

Ya, but the Dolphins aren't a championship team yet. They still need to add more pieces to the roster for that to happen. They are improving, but not at an elite level yet. So we will still continue to see inconsistent play for awhile.

Championship teams can covert on third and 7 or longer better than our embarrassing conversion percentage but I digresss...

The good thing about our wins is that tony is teaching us how to win. If this was a wanny or cam team, you can almost guarantee a loss in this game. When everything was blowing up in our faces, we still found a way to win the game. That is commendable, however we are far away IMO of being able to take on the giants or the titans of the nfl.

Good to win today, but HOW we won was pretty disgusting. If robinson or engram could actually catch a ball, we would have lost. They killed us in our zone coverages up the seams and underneath. That led to jones killing us up the guy when we were just blitzing and blitzing them to get at wallace. Credit their o-line because the majority of our blitzes were picked up and wallace had all day at times to find his 3rd or 4th receiver.

Yeah agreed but that is historically Seattles problem. Seemed like the pass rush was in our face all day and we were just missing the sack.

Good point. The offensive line got manhandled today. It still looks like they are missing a few pieces on the offensive line.

They may not have a good record but there is PLENTY of talent on that team. I don't know why everyone expects blowouts around here. (e.g., the Rams suck and yet they still beat the Redskins and Cowboys on consecutive weekends!)

Actually I do not agree, last year our injured badly coached team out played and should have beaten the Giants (Other teams that were not exactly world beaters also played the Giants hard till the end), the Patriots have won way more games with the just barely beat you type game then a blowout.

All teams (good and bad) have these types of games, it's the one's that find a way to win anyway that you see doing amazing things in January.
