Theres a big difference by being recorded saying something in haste and typing something out, reading it, then re-reading it, then hitting send.
I don’t have a problem with it. It was genuine. I’ve been put in a temporary role for a few months, was praised daily for my work, and then passed up when the job came up to someone with no experience. I understand.
I mean, he can feel crushed, we all have emotions, but it's beyond tacky to put this out like this especially mentioning his kids. He makes it seem like Ross just shot their puppy.
Has anyone found out if this is genuine?
If it is the guy will never get a GM job, and this is a very good reason why he didn’t get this or any other job he applied for.
He needs to be fully gone now. Can't have him around after that for a variety Of reasons. New gm should realize this.Self evaluation is sometimes very difficult. That Champ didn't see that he didn't match up with the candidates Miami brought in, and interviewed, is sad.
I assume an assistant GM job could be open in Miami. He might fit in that role.
It’s a HaikuIs this a poem that doesnt even rhyme?

A lot of fans forget these are human beings.
I'm not mad either, it's just off-putting. The thing about broadcasting your emotions like that is that it isn't "no harm, no foul". Guy doesn't look too bright now.I’m not mad at that. I don’t think he should have been considered for the job to begin with. Guy is emotional, that’s his thing. No harm no foul. Wish him well going forward but happy he’s not our GM.
