Champ's Goodbye - Wowsa.

I don’t have a problem with it. It was genuine. I’ve been put in a temporary role for a few months, was praised daily for my work, and then passed up when the job came up to someone with no experience. I understand.

Bet you didn’t write out a diatribe bemoaning the fact for all the world to see and blotted your future career though.

I mean, he can feel crushed, we all have emotions, but it's beyond tacky to put this out like this especially mentioning his kids. He makes it seem like Ross just shot their puppy.

I’m not mad at that. I don’t think he should have been considered for the job to begin with. Guy is emotional, that’s his thing. No harm no foul. Wish him well going forward but happy he’s not our GM.

Has anyone found out if this is genuine?

If it is the guy will never get a GM job, and this is a very good reason why he didn’t get this or any other job he applied for.

For his sake, I would hope that it’s not his real account. It’s like a spotlight of unprofessionalism shining bright for everyone to see with his name attached to it.

That’s a bizarre and fatuous form of soliloquy as a reflex response.

Self evaluation is sometimes very difficult. That Champ didn't see that he didn't match up with the candidates Miami brought in, and interviewed, is sad.

I assume an assistant GM job could be open in Miami. He might fit in that role.
He needs to be fully gone now. Can't have him around after that for a variety Of reasons. New gm should realize this.

Is this a poem that doesnt even rhyme?

It’s a Haiku

I'm not mad either, it's just off-putting. The thing about broadcasting your emotions like that is that it isn't "no harm, no foul". Guy doesn't look too bright now.

I am not sure what Champ expected that his confidence would be shattered. Interim, in regards to the Dolphins situation, was just that, temporary. If it was transitional, he would have been included in the process.

That's Sully's decision to make...

Make of this what you will. The comments lend a certain air to the situation.

Is this for real? You were a fill in dude. This is the touch feely, girly crap that we don't need on the Fins. What a biotch! Suck it up. If you were truly any good and a professional, you would have just said I thank the Miami Dolphins for the opportunity to serve the organization and I look forward to the next chapter. Period. The end.
