After 2 days of seeing so many fin fans ripping into Cam & Randy's about their picks, who of that group has had a change of heart and admit they were a little hasty i.e. they now feel that over all it was a pretty good draft?

Now is definitely a good time to admit it, before the season starts and someone gets bored and goes back through all those posts and points out the error of your ways!

I do!! Personally after we skipped over Quinn I told my wife I was going to change teams and become a Cardinal fan... wow! in hindsight I can't even believe I said that! I am now excited and can't wait to see all these players hit the field in a Dolphins uniform! I just can't wait, it's exciting times all over again!

same here........ i was furious and had my head in my hands after we passed on quinn.i was yelling out f'n cameron, shows how much him and mueller who is an " expert" at drafting but after a while i looked at our draft n thought maybe it was the right decision. maybe ginn was the right choice and who knows mayb beck is better than everyone thinks.

not I...can't see taking the WR who is still a few months from being healthy at #9....there is no one beside Mueller who would have done that.....I'm not so miffed about not getting Quinn as I am about taking Ginn....if we took Okoye or Carricker or Reggie Nelson or almost anyone else I could swallow it but Ginn has Yatil Green written all over him....oh yeah wasn't Sammy Smith a #9 pick?

The only people that think Mueller is an expert are the people on these boards. ESPN has him rated as the 19th best GM in football. I wouldn't consider being the 19/32 people an accomplishment...this draft proved he is far from an expert GM. I must admit he impressed me by pawning off all our castaways for draft picks, but if this draft doesn't pan out I want him out of here. Maybe Saban was right not letting him make any personnel decisions.

Honestly, I was intially very disappointed, but after looking at the whole scope of things I think we did very well.

If you look at Brady Quinn he is not very accurate and you can not teach a QB to be accurate. Brady Quinn was also in a system that was perfect for him and his play in that system seemed to be as optimized as much as it could be, so what you see is what you get (in that same system). With Beck, you get almost the same numbers in a qb that has a lot of room to grow and amazing accuracy and maturity. Quinn was way overhyped in my opinion.

Ginn would not have been there if we had taken Brady and honestly this guy is so explosive, he will add a new dimension to our offense that we were lacking before. Simply watch video of this kid and realize the potential. There is work to be done with him, but with this kids attitude and speed you can see a bright future for him.

I really feel we did well and that we are going in the right dirrection. The picks were thought out and there was a plan. We all have our opinions and this is mine. Only time will tell, but I have a good feeling about Beck and where we are going.

Yesterday I wanted to cut someones eyes out. Today after some thought I happen to like our draft. I see alot of starters and contributers.

I will go on the record and say this was an absolute terrible draft. Ofcourse I hope I am wrong, and in reality NOONE can make an assessment now, but the Dolphins and their management are getting killed in epic proportions by the national media.....it is ugly to see our organization beiung ridiculed like this. I think the best pick of the weekend was Sateele. I give the draft an overall grade of D.....that means nothing today, but I do NOT have faith in this coaching/GM staff when they reached for Ginn, knowing (or not) that he is still injured and could be hampered all season wth this injury. He is NOT a precise route runner and his speed will not have as much impact on this NFL level as it was in the NCAA. We gave up a number 9 pick for a special teams player. It was a reach....how can anyone not admit that. Come on now.

I am on the record with being sorely dissapointed...but would happily eat crow in being wrong. I am no expert, so for now can't say much.....IF Mueller and Cam are wrong in their assessments.......the wrath they will face will be like never before seen in S Florida.

alot of mocks had ginn going in the 7 pick and beyond range range and kiper had him as the 10th best player on his big board, and quinn lasted till pick 22, so if we got him at 9 he would have been a reach too.

this was the worst draft in the leauge.we are being compared to the lions .wow thats great.Beck was the best pick but how the heck would thay know he was gonna be there. thay should have traded out of the 9 pick if thay wanted ginn,If thay couldnt we could have got better value out of it.

This mostly sums up my feelings on the subject....

I think Beck will be a very good QB and Better than Quinn. The Ginn pick seems really risky to me but it's too early to say it was a bad pick we will know by week 6 i think. The Center from the warriors looks like a great pick. I think we could have done much better in the later rounds. Their were some good CB prospects we passed over late. Over all i don't think we drafted very well.

This was an AWESOME draft. Definitely an A+ grade.

Ginn Jr automatically makes us a contender. Why? Because we now have "5" downs on Offense compared to other teams who only have 4 downs to work with.

Ginn Jr will not only be a threat to score every down...but he will shorten the field we work with on Offense because of his returns "when he doesn't take the kickoff or punt all the way"...for a TD.

He will automatically make Jay Feely lead the league in FGs because of constant good field position.

He will automatically take pressure off the running game and open holes because of safeties needing to defend the endzone.

He will automatically take doubles off of Chambers, making Chambers a Pro Bowler.

He will automatically make short Harrington type passes dangerous in that he can take a 5 yard pass the distance.

Ginn will be offensive rookie of the year. Mark my words.

Then, Beck was actually more coveted than Quinn by numerous clubs including MIA. He is super accurate.

Satele will compete for one of the G spots. Probably be the backup G. Mormino should end up the backup C.

With Ginn Jr having the "Reggie Bush" effect on the Defense...Ronnie Brown will have less crowd at the line of scrimmage and Carey, Toledo, Hadnot, Shelton and the rest of the Oline will have less to deal with and look better.

Then Lorenzo Booker will be a perfect change of pace homerun threat to Ronnie Brown and be our 3rd down back.

Ricky Williams will backup Ronnie.

I see P.Soliai as a solid backup NT at 6' 4" 340 lbs! Looks like a Keith Traylor clone.

Then we were able to land a punter to replace Jones in B.Fields.

Whoever doesn't realize that this draft was a Grade A+ needs to take their heads out of there....() ya know what I mean?

Great job, Cameron and Mueller! Hats tipped off!

Its all on Beck with me. If Beck is great then passing Quinn and getting a playmaker like Ginn is a great move. If hes not our guy and the QB search continues, it's a bad draft.
