Did anyone notice that Channing is limping while he's runnig?

I noticed it on 2 occasions.
 
i dunno but theres 3 plays that williams made him look like a clown FN TACKLE SOMEONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I'm ecstatic about our triumph and this is in no way, shape, or form a shock post but I seriously think the FO should strongly consider drafting 2 ILB's in this year's draft.

Ayodele IMO is a goner in the offseason and although Crowder finally got a TFL (I might need to research) too many plays I counted where he continuously took poor angles to engage in tackles, he also missed a tackle, he gets de-cleated by someone smaller than him (Leon Washington the 1st time), and finally he's just not that quick.

Another scenario other than drafting 2 ILB's is somehow someway sign Kirk Morrison (I believe he and Crowder came out in the same draft class) who's close to age with Crowder but is light years a better all-around ILB than Crowder.

I seen him a couple of times hitting a hole when he should of let the running back pick which hole he goes through before committing. All broke out for long runs.
 
Another HORRIBLE game by crowder and ayodele. First as a MLB you MUST shed your blocks and move laterally down the line and get to the ball carrier. He cannot turn the corner. Also Crowder and many phins players take HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE angles to the ballcarrier. On Williams reverse direction run, half of the team took themselves out of the play.

Bottom line, MLB MUST be a legit concern this offseason. Maybe crowder needs a top tier guy next to him because it is BLATANTLY obvious he is NOT the "guy" at MLB. I haven't looked the mlb prospects coming out but we must take one in the first 2 rounds.
 
I agree. I do not like Crowder at all. Too many times he is late to the spot and then he gets caught up in the wash. The whole middle of this defense needs a major upgrade. Ferguson is getting old and now he looks like he might be done for the season, both middle linebackers are below average, and the safety play has been atrocious so far this season. Soliai looks like a backup at best. There is no one on the roster with any promise at middle linebacker. At safty, Chris Clemons shows promise, but the Dolphins need an upgrade there also. I really think the biggest holes on this team right now are on defense.

looked a lot like the TD run by DeAngelo Williams in pre-season. everyone had a crack, but no one was able to get him down.
 
Akin is always getting lumped in with Channing, but it's Crowder who I see missing tackles all game long and constantly overpursuing EVERY SINGLE RUNNING PLAY.

It was a great victory and one hell of an exciting game, but Crowder was the main sore spot for me, him and all of those injuries.

He is never in position, he basically vacates the middle of the field at the first sign of any motion, then he rushes in to O-linemen???!!!

WTF, why would a linebacker want to engage an O-lineman so badly?

Instead of looking for gaps he is constantly trying to get blocked up?

It's gotten to the point where I relish seeing him getting blindsided by WR's and tackles.
 
im not saying crowder doesnt need severe improving but d lo has been shredding defenses all year. its not just us. i was really really surprised carolina didnt run all nite. they would have probably beat us if they didnt hand the game to jake.

i was scratching my head because of their play-calling, too. good for us. IMO they would have beaten us if they had only given the ball to Williams more.

That is Crowder...he guesses a lot...sometimes he guesses right...mostly he doesn't.
 
What is really pathetic is that last night may have been one of his best games of the year...
