Positive note for the game on Christmas Evening

Chargers have beaten Tennessee 6 in a row

The average score is 25-12

Hopefully the Chargers can extinguish their season where we failed.

The Titans lost 2 LB's for the season when they played us.

And did anyone see that devastating block Smiley laid on Keith Bulluck when he tore his ACL ?

Goodness, Smiley absolutely leveled him to the ground.

Yes, I saw that. They won the game but its NOT looking to good for them right now. From 0-6 they are still alive which is all you could ask for.

those stats r so meaningless. teams change over years, if it was the same exact team playing those 6 times itd be one thing, but its diffrent players for the most part the last 6 times, so those stats go into the garbage.

i do think though that sd will win and make it 7 in a row.

i didn't think it was that intense. it just looked like bulluck's knee gave out and he collapsed.

Just like the 12 game winning streak that the pats had over the Bills that is now 13?

These streaks do matter most of the time.

2 of these victorys were just two years ago in 2007. Phillip Rivers was the QB for SD and Vince Young was the QB for Tenneesse. SD beat them in the regular season and then eliminated them in the playoffs. Rivers outplayed Young by throwing 3 TD's in those 2 games.

We are 0-4 against Houston. The player matchups do NOT favor us.
That is why we are 0-4.

ya but players get better as they get older. like vince young is a different qb then he was a few years ago. also chris johnson now is the best running back in the league. the titans recieving core now is totally different then it was back then with kenny britt a rookie and nate washington. the only reciever on the titans now from bak then i believe is justin gage.

chargers r also diffrent, back then there main ways of winning games were tomlinson carrying the team, now there running game dosent exsist, and rivers is a lot better.

what im trying to say is, it is a different team and that i still rlly dont believe so much in those numbers. i do believe that san diego will still win and make it 7 in a row, but who knows.

as for the pats bills streak, ya i guess thats alittle more compelling, but the bills have stunk for the past 6-7 years. also ill admit, maybe for division rivals it matters alittle more bc these teams play eachother twice a year, and get a little more amped up for games between eachother.

Well I think the chargers should win this game as long as they don't shoot themselves in the foot like miami did. I mean we passed all over their seconday, which is ranked pretty low I think against the pass. Henne had 300 something yards against the titans with our cast of WRs. Philips Rivers has been playing outstanding and the Chargers certainly have a more talented cast of WRs and playmakers in the passing game with Vincent Jackson, Gates, Floyd I think and even sproles and Tomlinson are dangerous when catching passes, so if they don't turn the ball over crazy like Miami, I could see Rivers having a field day against the Titans secondary, especially since the Titans lost two of their lbs to injuries in the miami game.
