Was looking at Red Zone stats and found the following nugget
San Diego is the best team in the league (#1) at not allowing the other team to reach its Red Zone.
It has only allowed 17 drives to reach their red zone in 8 games. (2.1 per game)
However on those 17 red zone drives they have allowed 14 TD's. Worst in the league (#32)
And worst by a long margin 82.3% to 68.4 for the next worst
Miami is tied for the best at reaching the other teams red zone with Indy (4.6 per game)
A lot of that has to do with the league leading 8 drives started in the red zone due to defense special teams.
So there is one of your defining battles for the game. Getting in the red zone. If we get there we should be successful.
But getting there may prove to be difficult. Need some turnovers to keep this rolling...
