Sources have confirmed to Profootballtalk that Charlie Batch, end of the benchwarmer/QB for the Steelers, has been cut today. Batch, who immediately becomes an UFA, will lose the guarantee of his $540,000 base salary by not being on the roster tomorrow for the Steelers game against the Tennessee Thugs . . . uh Titans.
