I have a feeling that im going to get flamed for this but i will start this thread anyway because im pretty sure no one else has. There are several Rumors going around that he is on his way out of Detroit. Young receiver with alot of potential which could be something to look at come off season. Any thoughts?
 
Charlie Rogers is the RB that's no longer in the league.

Charles Rogers is the WR.
 
Could be worth a look. I think he just needs some good coaching and motivation.

Id take a risk on him as long as it was a one year deal.

You beat me to it.

Charles Rogers is probably the sole exception I have to the no veteran WRs wish I have expressed. I would only want him if he has documented treatment in a substance abuse program and comes extremely cheap. He seems like a good risk to take under those circumstances.
 
Charles Rogers looks like a bust. Plus the attitude. I don't think thik it's a good idea to get him.
 
By the looks of it Reggie Wayne might not be available with the high chance of him getting franchised. Anyone know where Charles Rogers went to school?

Rogers has a bunch of freak injuries that shouldn't have an impact on his ability to play football as long as they stop now. The attitude and substance abuse are problematic, but Nick may be the guy to fix those issues.

Rogers looked good his rookie year, the few games he played. he will be cheap, is worth a shot imo.

I don't think so. He's been hurt two out of the three seasons he's played. The Lions offense is horrible considering the line gives Harrington no time to throw. I think that with a good offense the guy could be a legit player in this leauge.
 
The way i see it is if the Lions release him we bring him in for a workout and see how he does. Chances are that they will try to trade him and get value out of him before going as far as releasing him.
