Once again I thought he did well last night. Wonder if he will stick.

He made more tackles than Hull. I think he did well playing the run. I think Hull can cover better. Allen will make the team and could beat Hull for the starting job

Ozzy rules!!

I read he's led the team in tackles in all 3 games. Obviously that's a "you have to see it" type of stat to determine whether or not they were good plays. Timmons looks like the best Lber we've had in a long time

He had some big hits last night. I think he has a bright future.

No doubt he makes it.
He didn't wrap up on a couple of tackles but it seems like he has noise for the ball.
He's always around the play.

What game where some of you watching??? Stat sheets aside he was pretty awful. Very indecisive, poor angles, and too much grabbing. On the last drive alone he missed 3 tackles, one that allowed the entire to convert a 3rd down. As I posted in the game thread, he was my sleeper pick to make the team and push for playing time. Now I doubt he even makes the practice squad.

Being around it and actually making the play are to completely different things. One Allen excels at, the other is very problematic

Looks ok on anything straight downhill at him. Otherwise ehh

Not a bad flats coverage on a back late in the game tough assignment but luckily that route was to the short side of the field.

I'm still holding out hope that Hewitt can give us a 5th lb we can play with on defense. Otherwise I sure don't see it. Timmons lacks some of the horizontal range he had earlier in his career but he's all out to the ball and a pretty sure tackler.

Timmons looks like he can help make up for mike hull somewhat in base.

Of all the lbs I think Timmons is the most mission critical.

The hit at the goal line was like watching Brian Urlacher. The two horrible missed tackles towards the end of the game, when he was obviously gassed, were disgraceful.

Met the RB head on during the one play and just let the guy go right through him.

That.....is going to be some baaad tape.

He is loaded with potential, but he is a long way off from taking any 1st team snaps in a game.

Goalline play was very good stood the back up and gave no ground. Mike hull would have gotten dragged into the end zone there.
