Nothing against you, just Kiper and these types of answers. I presume you were talking specific players, trying to gauge their value as to whether they will be their at those spots. In terms of knowledge of the Dolphins needs, we could probably teach Mel a few things.

I know everyone feels we will either take Chris Long or Dorsey...but what is a bigger need...a big defensive lineman or a franchise QB? I doubt Parcells will be comfortable having just Lemon and Beck on the roster. I don't see any franchise QB's available through free agency, so I see Parcells taking a gamble and drafting Matt Ryan, with the first overall pick.I see us taking a CB, DE and LB with our Day One picks, and then going after a WR and TE later or through FA. I think we will make a run at Faneca for our o-line, and take Hamlin from the Cowboys.

I think it makes more sense for us to target an offensive tackle with #32. Otah, Baker, Williams, Chelius, Collins, or Albert will likely be there. Any of those guys would give us a solid pair of bookends on the line. I think if we give Beck a little time to think he will prove more than serviceable.

actually, NOPE Parcells still wouldnt go after him..not even if it were Peyton or Marino themselves...

Just check the Tuna's history....he drafted a guy named Drew Bledsoe with the 1st overall pick......I think Matt Ryan is the guy he wants.
