.......TO STAND BEHIND YOUR WORD.

I want to make a thread right now, 3:01 PM EST, Friday, Jan 19th where all of the fans on this site can come and state weather they love, or hate this choice in the next Miami Dolphin head coach.

I am not afraid to post that I love this hire. This is the direction Miami needed to move in. With Capers as the D guru, this team can really make a 3 to 4 game swing next year. Please post your thoughts in here so we can re-visit this thread on Jan 19 2008!!! :)

I don't like the hire. I see him as another Norv Turner. I hope that people will ridicule me and this post one year from now.

i love the hire im excited to see what ronnie can really do....cam cam will really use all our weapons.....

I'm not jumping up and down with glee, but Cam Cam is one of the three I said I liked the most right after the candidates were announced.

So I'm happy. Put me in the "yes" column.

I love it, the more I researched his past the more it became clear to me he was the right guy at the right time.

I really think Wayne got it right this time, and if all the changes in organizational structure that we've heard about are true, including the GM powers of Randy Mueller, I think this team may finally be on the way back.

To be honest, I'm completely ambivalent. The last guy the Dolphins hired to take us to the promised land did a whole lot of talking, and a whole lot less actually fixing all of the problems on the team before skating. Cameron has a lot to prove, and if he does, great. If he doesn't, well, it's on to the next guy.

I'm cheerleading whoever gets the job

but this was my first choice and I'm supporting it. (but then I got behind Saban instead of saying "get behind me Saban for you think man's thoughts and not God's" so my testimony cannot be relied upon).

Not a genius innovator but the best of the classic offensive coordinators that were available. As long as he concentrates on offense and leaves the defense to Capers I think we'll have a fun season next year. IMO he's much better than Linehan and Mularkey and if our defense can maintain its dominance and we have a decent offseason, we have an outside shot of the playoffs next year

I am a yes...although I liked when they hired JimmyJohnson and also Saban...so what the hell do I know????. I will support him though!

terrible hire...i question the integrity of our front office

I would support anyone the Dolphins would have chosen, but I'm ok with Cam as Head Coach, I have the feeling that with Muller, Cameron, and Cappers the team is headed in a better direction now, than it was the past seasons.

I'm all for it, after Brian Shotty turned us down I didn't see anyone more deserving..

I'm not getting excited until we start winning. I've been let down like this before!

I am happy....I actually was not that happy with us when we brought Saban in because I knew Saban had "happy feet," and would not likely be around for long and was a college coach. Cam is the first offensive minded coach we have ever had. It's about time.
