while i dont agree with the harshness from child..ress...i dont understand why someone would want to rehab there @ health south... as apposed to a huge proffessional fascility that a NFL franchise would provide
 
man rehablitating is rehablitating and rehablitating is what he is doing with train professionals that our organization i guess belives will help him get reablitated. so daunte is fine and i want brad to shut his face and ask himself why do i fantasize about daunte rehablitating his knee in my nfl rehablitating center or what ever its called over there in minn.
 
Childress is a bum! Strip mall or walmart? I could care less where Daunte is rehabbing as long as he is ready to go and is ready to make it back to the pro bowl.
 
Wow. We turned this into a Childress-bashing thread quicker than the average thread. Impressive.
 
Theres only so much Mr. Pepper can do with his knee. Im sure wherever hes trianing hes doing the best he can. But I bet now hes a training a little harder than before the trade since he cares and has respect for our orginzation way more than he did with the Vikings last year.
 
This just shows again that Childress needs to shut up. Also, I think Ethan did put a Viking spin on his report of the incident by not mentioning that CHILDress "imagined" a dry cleaner and chineese restaraunt and that this obviously was a 1st class facility.
Not to mention, lots of guy who live in FLA do there offseason programs here. (Portis, James, Walker, Mcgahee, etc.)
 
If I am not mistaken I thought HealthSouth was one of the premier rehab organizations in the country. I thought quite a few athletes went to rehab with them, maybe not that particular facility but the organization as a whole. Didnt McGhee rehab with them?

Probably so he didn't have to go back to cold *** Minnesota. It's right down the street from his house in Florida.
 
I also thought the harshness of the blog was a little much..he has to control his cussing if he wants people to look at his writing as professional...but!!!!

He has a friggen point! Ethan totally seemed to give the article a Vicking spin, which I think comes from his frustration at not having access to the Dolphins (except Nick who is tighter than any...)

The rehab is right by Daunte's house, which others so conveinently forgot to mention and it is no where near the quality that 'Childish' claimed it was. Daunte read the writing on the wall when that dumb#@$ got hired. (I read somewhere that there was a past snubb from Childish about Daunte in the draft) Daunte wanted out... Miami needed a QB...do the math. Linehan was here last year and gave Daunte rave reviews in numerous articles, both in ability and in character. Childish is reaching, and is looking for a scapegoat. His only luck is to clump Daunte in with the most recent T.O. fiasco. This at least saves face for him...especially when they have a losing season this year....GO PHINS!!!
 
It saves him face, until people consider the fact that the first thing Dante did when he signed was restructure his contract to lower his cap hit on the Dolphins.

I hope we fricking embarass that idiot. Badly. Like, first one hundred point game badly.
 
good point!! It's not like TO breaking the bank for one year. DC is in it for the longhaul...

I live in Windermere, which is approximately 2-3 miles away from Ocoee. In fact, I go to that very same Walmart every couple of months.
It's true that on the other side of the Healtsouth facility there is a strip mall which has a laundromat and Chinese restaurant. But that has nothng to do with the Healthsouth facility he is rehabbing at.
It is in a neighborhood where there are many medical offices and across the street from a hospital.
Healthsouth also is associated with Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables. They have a repuation for sports medicine and rehab.

I'm going to have to camp out at the rehab center parking lot and see if I can snatch an autograph...just kidding
