Since the Chiefs signed Ambrose, does this mean that they won't be looking into Ty Law's services anymore?? That's one less team on his precious list

that depends, do you consider ashley to be any good....at all?

Yeah, I've heard from a couple Kansas City Chief fans that the signing of Ashley Ambrose most likely implies that they are out of the Ty Law race. Though I'm not quite sure how much in the race they really were, with the acquisition of Patrick Surtain, they've already got their #1 guy and don't have the money for Law anyway. Therefore, I feel signing Ambrose was a good signing for them.

I just know that the Chiefs were one of the top teams coveting Law, and by signing Ambrose I'm trying to figure out if they went with the less expensive option, or if they're still in the running for Law

That sounds about right to me.......I was thinking along the same lines

It seems likely that the Chiefs are out of the LAW market now.The choices are norrowing down for him.I dont think TB is in the running either.

I spoke to Sammy Knight earlier tonight, for a sec. He told me that the KC D was shaping to be good, and that he loves the fact that Pat and him are together, says they will win the division. Ironically, on the TV sports ticker, it said Chiefs sign Ambrose, and I was like, No Ty Law now, and he was like Man, that guy has more jokes said against him with that org, almost compared it to the humblings inside the lockeroom with Ricky last year. I guess he came off with the wrong attitude on the contract talks, but word travels, and from my point of view, players don't like hearing about all this BS with contracts. Sammy was very happy that Pat got what he deserved, but Pat never said anything about the Chiefs offers, he never made fun of them, his agent did the talking. Players should shut up, and let the agents make the stupid comments. I don't think we want Ty Law.
