Chiefs Sign Sean Smith = TAMPERING ?

With the Chiefs now signing Sean Smith and the "Leak" by Vontae Davis that Smith was already talking with the Chiefs should the Dolphins:

A. File tampering charges against the Chiefs hoping to get a one of their draft picks as compensation
B. Keep it in their pockets for now to possibly use later
C. Let it go and move on
D. Something else (then WHAT??)

TO answer op question, it is likely to be investigated based on the memo the NFL sent out last week. Might not turn into much, but if the league wants its stance to be taken serious they will investigate.
