It's the Chiefs v Colts this weekend.

Miami will either be two games ahead of KC or one game ahead of both in the race for the 1st pick in the draft. Just a thought.

Go Chiefs!

If Manning returns this season then the Colts should win a few games. Even if he doesn't, there is at least a chance the Colts would pass on Luck to keep the "all mighty" Manning happy. Not to mention the Colts have at least been competative against good teams the last 2 weeks.

The Colts play with intensity and they still have a chance that Peyton will return. The are not far removed from winning.
They do not have the malaise of losing stigma attached to them like we do.

The Chiefs will probably start winning soon. They just got off to a bad start.

We are definitely the worst franchise in the NFL this season.

I am rooting for the Colts to win this game since the Chiefs already have one win from last week. We need the Colts to get a win and same with the Vikings this week at home against Arizona. Then we need the Dolphins to lose to the Chiefs when they play each other.

We want the Colts to win. We play the Cheifs in a couple weeks and if we happen to beat them and we end the season with a tie, they will hold the tie breaker and have the better pick.

The Chiefs game scares me a little. I think Miami has a pretty unmotivated group that can get it done though. That game isn't for a while and I think the Dolphins will be even worse by then. Escpecially if they still have Sparano's leadership skills.

head to head isn't a tiebreaker when it comes to draft order, only playoffs

You are right.

Tiebreakers
Strength of schedule for the previous season is the first tie-breaker for teams with the same winning percentage. The team with the lowest strength of schedule percentage wins the tiebreaker and picks ahead of all other teams with the same record.
• Divisional and conference records are the next step in the tie-breaking procedure.
• As a last resort, a coin toss is used to determine the order of selection for teams with the same winning percentage.

The Andrew Luck game of the week! We need a game thread started for this when it happens, probably best to do it in the general NFL section so we don't get moved. I can't wait for this game!
