Its funny how both Sam Bradford and Ryan Tannehill have the lowest QBR in the NFL ,when is Lazor and kelly going to figure out that this college offense based on quick and wr screens doesn't work and you limit your QB by not allowing him to audible or change protection.

That offense was cute for one year ......

It's a joke now .

Hate the ESPN rating. Means nothing to me. Plus, there are not many similarities between the two offenses.

RT has increased YPA. Has more picks. Similar to last year with yards and TD's. No question he needs to get better. However, all things considering he is where he should be.

That said, I worry about his health this week. Great dline, third roadie in a row, Fox getting exposed....

ESPN's QBR is the most ridiculous "stat" ever.

I think that has more to do with Sam Bradford sucking and our lack of a o-line/running game

Tannehill is where he should be tell me your joking ,Though lazor has done a good job on tannehill as far as improving his passing mechanics and footwork he's done a horrible job on developing his ability to presnap reads, reading blitz schemes and pocket presence.U were also joking about Kelly/Lazor offense not being similar right ?

Hayden was not joking.

And niether am I when I say that Tannehill is excellent pre-snap, very good post snap & with progressions, and stating that Kelly and Lazor's offense's stop in basic similarity after the description of "Spread".

P.S. If you really want to know more about football, stay away from BSPN.

so...you're saying RT is excellent at reading defenses and with progressions, and that kelly and lazor's offenses aren't similar?

start with a subscription to nfl game rewind then watch the all 22s for both teams. if that doesn't help, maybe you could find something else to do with your sundays. something you might have a better understanding of...

I was listening to Greg Cossell this morning on Sirius's opening drive talking about the Miami offense...and how similar it is to Philly's and how it is a "misdirection" based offense. The descriptions weren't given in a positive way.....

I have grown to dislike this offensive scheme.

If you are able to contribute to the site you now frequent, you would understand that I have GamePass and do X&O breakdowns in the VIP forum. I'm not a stat guy, I love "tape". Of course there are philosophical similarities and familiar schemes, but the concepts (especially passing) are actually quite different.

I'd request to hear your input and understanding first, before I waste my time here in the Main with you. Again, mine is in the VIP if you'd like to help out the site.

If U think Tannehill is excellent presnap what u expect from a quarterback is below what I expect, He is average at best presnap and slighly above average post snap but Tannehill's progressions is pretty good. Lazor admits his offence is influenced by chip kelly, he had tannehill watch tape of the eagles offense when he first got here,Lazor offense has evolved past that as far as the QB being under center more and running a little slower tempo than philly but our offense is defintely influenced by chip kelly, none of the coaches deny this.
