Dont know if some of you can comment more accurately on this as my connection wasnt the best.

I noticed Clemons in a fair amount and seemed to be around the ball quite a bit. Wasnt this what they said about him in preseason?

I noticed in another thread that it was suggested he started, I do believe he was just in when the Jets where in Double Tight formation in the early goings but could be wrong with that.

Considering their approach to starting Sean Smith but giving Davis 40% of the reps before Will Allen went out it will be interesting to see if they work Clemons in like this. At 6' 1" 210lbs and his sub 4.5 speed surely they will want to get a good look at him before the end of the season as it would have an impact on their need to draft a FS high.

He did start at FS with Wilson at SS. Bell's reps were reduced most likely because he is a shadow of what he was last year. If Clemens can continue to develop you're right about not having to place a high priority on that spot. But if Eric Berry si available, they would be foolish to not take him.

Clemons was also flying down the field on kick coverage on the special teams units. He was right in there on the ball carrier quickly a couple of times at least.

good stuff from the rookie

Yeah he did start so 3 rookies in our secondary this week.....played well for the most part i think it was hard with those back to back kickoff return to get any kind of rest but Vontae and Clemons were popping guys all day and Smith well he had prob on of is rougher days i think he will continue to get better.

Smith plays the outside shoulder so he doesnt risk getting burnt deep....well hopefully with the development of Clemons he can play alil more straight up or inside and clemons can help over the top.

they are young and did show their youth at points today but if this is the worst we can expect from them then i think we are gonna be ok.

they're gonna make mistakes, but it's an exciting feeling to think we might have 3/4 of our starting secondary in place for a long time. Clemons just seemed to always find the ball. Smith and Davis locking it down for a long time on the edges.

I did not see any huge plays from him and their Te (Jets) still caught a few to many balls. Hopefully he is the answer to that problem with our team.

I spotted Chris Clemons on numerous plays. He played pretty good and was in on some tackles.

Although there was one play where he seemed to be out of position and he had to run downfield to try an catch up to the Jets player.....it would have been a TD if Wilson wasn't there to help.
