Chris Grier's moves questionable?

With all the draft capital and resources Grier’s had, if we don’t make the playoffs this year then he’s failed.

It doesn’t take 4-5 years to to turn things around, not in today’s NFL. We’ve been in fantastic position to acquire top flight talent each of the last three drafts/offseasons. You give what Grier had to a top flight GM and we’re setup for a deep runs the next 5 years.

Missing the playoffs this year puts us where we started - tore down a mediocre team to build backup another mediocre team. Ross should have higher expectations.

Chris Grier should relinquish player personnel decisions and remain on the team to focus on trades.

4-5 years? The man has been instrumental in our failures for a decade and a half. Playoffs? This fan base just never learns. I applaud the delusional optimism every year and the way you all defend our front office and coaches endlessly but slow down already with the playoff talk.
 
Grier is avg GM. great at trading..drafting is another story..he is up and down on drafting players...

Yes. But like dude said above, he has been a part of drafting horrible questionable players for the last how many years? Im getting suspicious, but not at the worried stage yet. If next year we don't address the o line, RB and WR, then I can understand maybe finding someone else
 
Not sure how many times this has to be said on here but since Flores was hired the players drafted are with Flore's blessing. They draft together.

Iggy and Hollins as an example are players Flores wanted.

Ol need time..yall let nfl draft expert fool yall. College football and pros is different game these draft pick are not ready play w big grown men..
