Chris Spencer - C Ole Miss

Chris Spencer is better than both of them.
 
And Baas isn't a center....I know he played there as a senior, but he's a pro G.
 
What do you think of the trade with Cleveland however? It gives us a guy that can be a very good center if he just follows a better diet, a third rounder and then we can dangle Braylon Edwards to other teams at the #3 overall.
 
Chris Spencer is not better than Ben Wilkerson. Wilkerson is the best center prospect since Steve Everitt came out of Michigan in 1994, and he would be a first round pick if didn't have that patellar rupture.

Spencer has played one season as a center and has only started for two seasons.

Spencer has far superior physical attributes, is just as dedicated and hard working to improvement, is smart, but does not have the perfect technique yet.

Wow your giving him quite a bit of credit. Have to watch how he does in the pro's
 
spencer also said in the interview that he gets up at 5:30am everyday to workout. he broke the state weightlifting record twice in high school (junior year and senior year) specifcally squatting 700lbs as a junior and 725lbs as a senior. that's about 500lbs more than i can.
