He was a practice squad guy, who is now on the active roster because of the lack of roster restrictions.

Van Hoy is not listed as being signed nor is he listed on the Dolphins roster on their website. Neither is he listed on the NFL.com site again either with the Phins or even as an NFL player.

I don't think he is coming back.
