I've started to hear more and more about Fason, I just read this snippet on rotoworld.com, "If Saban feels the Dolphins can get Florida RB Ciatrick Fason to start the 2nd rd, don't be surprised to see Alex Smith or Aaron Rogers in a Dolphin cap holding a clip board this season." I haven't seen Fason play, but I hear he has a lot of potential. Anybody have the skinny on Ciatrick?

I would take Fason in round 2. I think he would be a steal there since I see him as more of a late 1st rounder.

Problem is, we don't have a two at the moment. The Patrick Surtain situation will have an effect on what Miami does. I'm not convinced right now that they want one of the quarterbacks in the first round though.

Here's Ciatrics BIOS

Fason is a good back who just started realizing his potential last year so he will only get better

I have heard that Saban was quite impressed when he played against him at LSU. He seems to have a lot of potential to be a great back in the NFL. I haven't seen him play more than a couple of times and would be interested to hear what the college fans from the state of Florida think of him.

Fason is extremely talented and could be one of the best backs in the draft a couple years down the road. The main reason he isnt a sure fire first rounder is b/c he came out too early and only had 1 season as the full starter at Florida. If he were to come out next year after a season with the same production... he would be a top 10 pick. He can do everything u would want a starting runningback to do he can catch, he's powerful, fast, and extremely agile. If we don't get rb with our first pick i believe Fason is the best option outside of the big 3 to be a complete franshice back.

Fason had a pretty average 40 time of around a 4.62 or so. He also weighed in under 210 pounds if I remember correctly. He's going to probably slip to the third where he is a steal.

If we do get a second round, would you be happy with the Fason and either Rodgers or Smith. I wouldn't mind this at all. I'm not really looking for a major turn around for our team next season. I read some of these posts, and a super bowl is not realistic at this point. Saban even says he won't be able to turn this program around in one year. If we can get Fason and Rodgers, and maybe a low first round next year as well, I'd say we'd be building a good future.

Cool thanks for the stats man!!! Awesome stuff!!!

C4 is good though I like Barber or Arrington better. Moats could do something also in later rounds, there is plenty of RBs worth of taking a shot this year.
