Yeah, yeah I know we tried to get him and that he even turned down more money from the Bears to sign back with the Broncos but watching him last night run, catch & run and block makes me even more pissed that we didn't get him. That and the fact that we don't have anyone close to as good as him at this point makes me consider what might have been.....he could've been a key piece this year to a better offense AND upgraded protection for Tannehill but, as usual, misfortune shined upon us.
 
Doesn't help this year but next years draft is stacked at RB...we probably won't draft one but you can always hope we do.
 
He didn't resign with Broncos. Denver matched Miami's offer. He signed with Miami.

Perhaps the Broncos surmised early on that they would be saving cap space by cutting Sanchez. Should the Dolphins have anticipated that scenario and offered even more? I can't fault the Dolphins in that regard.

Yeah he looked good but he'll never be as good as what arian Foster was and probably still can be hopefully .
 
I wanted him bad, more than Miller or any of the other options. Bummer

Dalvin Cook will be fine, character wise. Nick Chubb I'm not sure how good of a receiver he is.

That's true you are looking for receiving backs. Didn't think that. Chubb is a great runner though. Cook is a good receiver. I just don't like what I see character wise, seems like a red flag

If Cook stays clean this year and the background checks GM's do are not terrible he's going 1st round. Right now I can see four 1st round picks at RB which is crazy given the recent history of the draft but Fournette, Chubbs, Cook and McCafferey could all be 1st rounders.

And last night we may have seen the rebirth of the fullback lol....well maybe not go that far.
