Ginsburg refused to stop the stay imposed by the Appeals Court, so he will not be in this weekends draft, I suppose this means Willaims too.

Personally I thnk this is a good idea, NFL is a good product, if they and the Union want to set requirements on when they can join their Sport then they should be able to, I hope they win out in Court.
