I swear I woke up this morning convinced that the news ticker I had seen on sportscenter saying that Charles Clay had signed with us again for 3 years 27 million was real. I even was on finheaven and posted something about it. Now I wake up this morning and go to check it all out and realize Clay hasn't signed anything! Maybe this is an omen or I'm Psychic? Idk, but if clay signs for 3 years 27 mill today (though it would be too much) with the Dolphins then go ahead and label me a prophet. That is all... Go Phins!

I'll be eagerly awaiting said contract! I can see myself hearing it this afternoon on the Nick Cattles show (local guy)....let's hope so, don't want to lose Big Play Clay

I just want this to over with...sign him or move on...

3 years / 27 million would be some major thievery by Charles Clay and his agent.

The Bills do not want to pay him the Fins tender or they would have signed him already. They are hoping the Fins will drop his designation, but that isn't happening.
This will continue until mini camp. His agent will have him wait just in case another offer appears.
The Bills only have 14M remaining. I do not see it happening.

Too much money, or not, if that exact contract gets signed, you need to play the lotto!

In 2006, My Dad called Miami beating the Pats 21-0 before the game and that was the exact score! :)

yeah that's definitely a dream because the Dolphins aren't going to pay him that.

16M Urbik took a 2M paycut

seriously, with all the players that have been cut because of money, they're going to turn around and give all that money to clay? I think not.

At what point is Clay going to become frustrated that Buffalo haven't submitted an offer. OK they can stall and hold off but at some point Clay and his agent should ask the question if they are really serious. I read that the Bills have a 90% chance of succeeding but if their offer is so great, why don't they submit it? The 90% certainity triggered my BS meter because it came from the Bills media boy, Vic Carucci.
