The Dolphins management have a number they are willing to pay. I am afraid that Clay is gone. If Cleveland wanted to get Clay they have more cap space then the Bills do.

Can't pay franchise cornerstone money for a dude that disappears like he does and lacks good redzone size. Wish he could stay but certainly don't break the bank for the kid.
