Clay left NY without an offer and is headed to the Browns... I smell bidding war that is on the horizon

Dolphins transition player Charles Clay is scheduled to visit the Browns.
He left Buffalo without a contract. Before Clay signs an offer sheet, he's going to be the subject of a bidding war between the Browns and Bills. The Dolphins will then have the opportunity to match that offer sheet due to his transition tag. Miami has lined up a fallback option, pursuing free agent Jordan Cameron to tag-team with Dion Sims if Clay gets away.

I have to trust the Local guys right now until I am proven wrong or they say something, because during the Mario thing they had him leaving Buffalo Many times when in reality he was hanging with Jim Kelly at the time.

I can't imagine Clay signing in Cleveland unless they offer him a ridiculous contract. Its a dumpster fire there, at least in Buffalo they have all the pieces in place outside of QB.
